Joselina Fay-Rodriguez is an artist and activist originally from Worcester, Massachusetts and based out of New York City.

Joselina is a Graphic Designer, Videographer, and Web Designer, whose work is based on utilizing the digital arts to strengthen local cultural and political work.  She has worked with local nonprofits, activists and artists to develop digital assets that speak to local organizing and artistic efforts.

She has also worked extensively with youth and community development organizations in New York City, Massachusetts, and Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, focusing primarily on social mobilization and development through education and the arts as well as organizational development in the nonprofit sector.  

In 2010 Joselina founded Republika Libre, an arts education organization in the Dominican Republic that was based on engaging marginalized communities through cultural and organizing efforts. Her short films, Lucha and Afuera Hay Aire, have been screened at NYU, Yale, Providence Latin American Film Festival, Santo Domingo Outfest, Centro Cultural de Espana (RD), among other venues.

Joselina is a graduate of Fordham University with a BA in Urban Studies and Latino and Latin American Studies.
